Unable to connect to SQL Server via SSMS Locally

Issue:

Unable to connect to SQL Server via SSMS locally. Is able to connect via SSMS only on the server.

Fix:

Add port 1433 to the exception list in the firewall settings. Add 1433 in Azure inbound as well.
