Upload File to FTP/FTPS Server
This is implemented using FtpWebRequest which can only handle FTP/FTPS. This will NOT WORK for SFTP, which is a completely different protocol.
Configure Windows IIS FTP Server
Create new Windows user. 2. Go to IIS -> Select FTP Site FTP Authentication -> Enable Basic Authentication FTP Authorization -> Allow Read, Write Connect via FTP Client
