Qualities of Wealthy and Business-minded People

This list is still a work in progress. Things I picked up from reading books, articles, and personal experiences.

1. Think of money as a resource. The more resource you have, the more things you can do.
2. Money is made by creating value. You can always make more money by solving more problems.
3. Concentrate on how to making money and less on how to save money. Saving money is important too but you should concentrate on making money.
4. Look for leverage.
5. Associate with rich and wealthy people. Learn from their experiences.
6. Calculated risk taking.
7. Multiple sources of income.
8. Don’t have to do everything yourself. Hire professionals. In order to make money, you have to spend money.
9. Use other people’s money to make money. Need to move away from the idea that borrowing or owe money is a bad thing.
