Upload File to FTP/FTPS Server
This is implemented using FtpWebRequest which can only handle FTP/FTPS. This will NOT WORK for SFTP, which is a completely different protocol.

Configure Windows IIS FTP Server
Create new Windows user. 2. Go to IIS -> Select FTP Site FTP Authentication -> Enable Basic Authentication FTP Authorization -> Allow Read, Write Connect via FTP Client
Installing FTP on Windows Desktop
On Windows Desktop (Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 and Windows Vista) Go to Control Panel > Programs > Program and Features > Turn Windows features on or off. On a Windows Features window: Expand Internet Information Services > FTP Server and check FTP Service.
